Reader macros

PLT has reader macros!

When I get around to it, I'd like to create a read syntax where you can annotate procedure definitions with documentation, and a Javadoc-like tool can easily extract the information. Semantically meaningful comments make my teeth itch, and in a language where Code Is Data™, code documentation ought to be something that can be extracted without having to write a custom parser.
